Refund and Return
- Once the product is delivered there is no chance of return and refund.
- If you do not like the product at the time of delivery, there will be an opportunity to return the product to the delivery man.
Shipping returns
We take 7 days to deliver your product anywhere in Bangladesh.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delays in the delivery of goods due to any natural calamity, political instability, Curfew, Blockade, etc. must be taken into consideration by the customer.
Warranty and Services
- Made with Process Wood we are offering 10 years free service warranty for every product.
- Free service will be given if there is a problem with the manufacturing fault.
- Free service will be given if the doors and drawers are not fitted with Almirah, Dressing Table, Wardrobe, and Showcase. Also, free service will be given if bedding does not suit a bed.
- Free service is not applicable in the case of any products damaged by humans. To repair any product broken by humans an amount will be charged. Such as the lock of Almirah, Handle, and Hinge.
- We offer 5 years service warranty for high-quality Sofa’s which is not applicable for cheap ones.
- There is no chance for processed wood to be attacked by weevils
- We will not be responsible for any product attack by weevils
**If it is not possible to have a product serviced at home or in the office, the buyer will have to bear all the costs of sending it to the factory but we will give you service free of cost.
