- প্রসেস কাঠ দিয়ে তৈরি প্রতিটি পণ্যের জন্য 10 বছরের বিনামূল্যে পরিষেবা দেওয়া হবে।
- ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং- এ কোনো সমস্যা হলে ফ্রি সার্ভিস দেওয়া হবে।
- আলমিরা, ড্রেসিং টেবিল এবং ওয়ারড্রব এবং শোকেস ইত্যাদি সকল পণ্যের পাল্লা এবং ড্রয়ার ঠিক ভাবে ফিটিং না হলে এবং খাটের বিছানা ঠিক ভাবে ফিটিং না হলে বিনামূল্যে পরিষেবা দেওয়া হবে।
- মানুষের দ্বারা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত কোনো পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে বিনামূল্যে পরিষেবা প্রযোজ্য নয়। মানুষের দ্বারা ভাঙ্গা কোনো পণ্য মেরামত করতে চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে। যেমন আলমিরার তালা, হ্যান্ডেল এবং কব্জা।
- আমরা উচ্চ মানের সোফার জন্য 5 বছরের সার্ভিস ওয়ারেন্টি প্রদান করি কিন্তু কমদামি সোফার জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয়।
- প্রসেস কাঠের সকল প্রোডাক্ট কখনো ঘুনে ধরবে না।
- উই পোকা/উলু পোকার কারণে কোনো প্রোডাক্ট নষ্ট হয়ে গালে আমরা কোনো দায়ভার নিবো না।
- যদি বাড়িতে বা অফিসে কোনো পণ্যের সার্ভিসিং করা সম্ভব না হয়, তাহলে কারখানায় পাঠানোর যাবতীয় খরচ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
Warranty and Services
- Made with Process Wood we are offering 10 years free service warranty for every product.
- Free service will be given if there is a problem with manufacturing.
- Free service will be given if the doors and drawers are not fitted with Almirah, Dressing Table, Wardrobe, and Showcase. Also, free service will be given if bedding does not suit a bed.
- Free service is not applicable in the case of any products damaged by humans. To repair any product broken by humans an amount will be charged. Such as the lock of Almirah, Handle, and Hinge.
- We offer 5 years service warranty for high-quality Sofa’s which is not applicable for cheap ones.
- There is no chance for processed wood to be attacked by weevils
- We will not be responsible for any product attack by weevils
**If it is not possible to have a product serviced at home or in the office, the buyer will have to bear all the costs of sending it to the factory.
